个人简介:

生于19797月。20017月毕业于清华大学获学士学位;20069月毕业于美国加州大学河滨分校获博士学位;200610月至20132月在加州大学伯克利分校从事与小分子RNA相关的基因组学研究。20131月至今任华中农业大学园艺林学学院蔬菜系教授,博士生导师。

研究方向:小分子RNA在植物病原互作中的功能


研究工作:

本实验室主要以茄科植物为研究系统,目前在研课题主要有:

1> 基因组水平研究miRNAsiRNA基因对抗病基因的调控作用。我们首次发现了对NRxCfBs4等重要的抗病基因具有调控作用的miRNA tasiRNA基因。后续研究我们将关注这些非编码基因在基因组水平对抗病基因的调控作用以及它们的起源机理。

2> 小RNA通路对基因表达在转录及剪切过程中的调控作用及机理。

3> 运用核酸干扰提高作物的抗病性。
