马兆成

马兆成 博士,副教授,硕士生导师

1981年3月出生。2003年7月于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院获得工学、理学双学位,2008年12月武汉大学高分子物理与化学专业获得理学博士,2007-2008于法国法国国家科学中心(CERMAV-CNRS)攻读联合培养博士学位。2008年获得武汉大学五四青年奖,2007年获得美国百人会英才奖,2007年获得法国埃菲尔博士奖学金,2015年获得武汉3551人才计划。主要从事园艺产品功能成分、天然药物和生物医用材料研究与开发。主持国家自然科学基金和博士后基金,参与国家柑橘创新团队、农业部公益性行业专项和教育部重大技术创新项目。在biopolymers,Food&Function等杂志发表SCI论文20篇,申请/获批专利10项,获批2项,其中专利“一种生物活性材料、其制备方法及应用”在进行产业化,产品进入临床。出版教材、专著两本,名为《园艺产品功能成分》和《柠檬与生活》。
